Required Work Experience <ul> <li>Two (2) years of relevant professional experience working with students in higher education.</li> <li>One (1) year of professional experience in event coordination/planning of large events.</li> <li>One (1) year of experience supervising or leading teams in projects or events.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Three (3) years of experience working in higher education setting working with students and families.</li> <li>Two (2) years of experience supervising or leading teams in projects.</li> </ul> Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations <ul> <li>Valid driver license with "Real ID" designation, as required for air travel, or ability to obtain by first day of employment.</li> <li>Must have a driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW.</li> </ul> Work Hours Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some evening and weekend hours required for recruiting events and to meet departmental goals. Physical Demands <ul> <li>Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs. of admissions and event materials.</li> <li>Ability to move about and actively engage with others for an extended period of time during event preparation, execution of event, and post event activities.</li> <li>Ability to travel by vehicle or plane.
